Our delivery rates and providers
Your prescription order needs to be approved by a prescriber before it can be send it out. If you choose express delivery, the delivery time will start once the prescriber has approved your order. This usually happens within a few hours, but it can take up to 72 hours from when you place your order.
Our express delivery service is not guaranteed. If your order doesn’t arrive the next working day, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
If your chosen delivery address is not a home or work address, or if your parcel is diverted at your request, you will not be entitled to a refund, credit or replacement order if the order is correctly delivered.
Parcels delivered by DPD can only be accepted using the PIN code provided by DPD. This is sent to customers via email and text message.
The cut-off for next day delivery is 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Saturday delivery is available for orders placed between 5pm on Thursday and 2:30pm on Friday.

Delivery within two working days. This service is only for out of region postcodes.

How can I track my order?
If you want to track your order, head to your account and select "Orders". From there, you will be bale to see the status of your order and other information.
Can I return my order?
It's important to remember that PharmXtra is NOT a pharmacy. There is nothing to return to us. If you have any issues with your prescription or medication obtained from a third-party pharmacy, please contact the pharmacy directly. PharmXtra does not dispense medication.
How long does a delivery usually take?
When you place an order you will see a delivery countdown with an estimated date we expect your order to be delivered by. This is usually around 5-6 working days.
Can you ship outside of the UK?
No, unfortunately we do not deliver orders outside of the UK.
What day will my order be delivered?
All of our deliveries will be made Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm.
Will I have a time-slot for my delivery?
Yes. You should be sent a notification on the day of delivery with a 2-hour time slot.
Discreet Packaging
All treatments are sent in discreet packaging. No mention of the medication appears on the packaging. So only you'll know what's inside.
