Complete an online consultation
Our online consultation ensures your safety and well-being. To provide you with the best care, our registered prescribers carefully review your medical history, current symptoms and any specific needs you may have. Once approved, your prescription will be sent to one of our trusted partner pharmacies to be processed and dispensed.
- Simple and quick process. Our online consultation is a simple medical questionnaire. It asks questions about your health history and the condition you want to treat, similar to what you’d be asked during a visit to your GP.
- Qualified independent prescribers. One of our registered independent prescribers will carefully review the answers from your consultation. You will be notified once the review is complete, so you know the next steps.
- Clear and honest communication. Once your request is submitted, it will be sent to one of our registered independent prescribers for review (this usually takes up to 72 hours). You’ll be informed of their decision, and if your request isn’t approved, we’ll provide a full refund.
Our delivery process
Once your order is approved by the prescriber, it will be sent to one of our trusted partner pharmacies for delivery to your chosen address. You’ll receive an email letting you know when to expect your delivery.

- Your privacy matters to us. We send all orders in plain, unmarked packaging. Only you will know what’s inside.
